Pricing Policy
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We do not have a price-match policy at this time.
Despite our best efforts, some items at our site could be priced incorrectly. Please note that we verify prices as part of our shipping procedures.
• If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we would charge the lower amount and ship you the item.
• If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, ship you the product at the stated price, contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
Order Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Mice Rides reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
Your order cancellation is completed only after you receive the cancellation confirmation e-mail from us. In case the cancellation is unsuccessful (i.e. we shipped your order before your cancellation notice arrives our shipping department), you would have two choices: 1. Accept the order and shipment; OR 2. Refuse the shipment (i.e., do not accept delivery from USPS or any other shipping entity we use). By refusing the shipment, you authorize us to charge you an additional ten dollars 15% re-stocking fee plus the shipping charge per box (to defray the charge our shipping carrier will charge us for a refused shipment and our cost of labor).
In any of the cases above, shipping and handling charges will NOT be refunded. Requesting the cancellation after the order is processed, you authorize us to charge additional eight dollars ($8) per order to cover our order processing expense and cost. Please allow 2-4 weeks for refunds to be processed and credited to your account.
Payment Policy
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover and PayPal. All credit card payments may be accepted by PayPal through confirmed address verification. WE SHIP TO CONFIRMED ADDRESS ONLY. Credit card payment is NOT available for International purchase due to the difficulty in confirming the shipping address. NO paper checks, money orders, or wire transfers.
Shipping Policy
After you provided your shipping address during the online ordering process, the applicable charges for shipping and handling will be displayed. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or any National Holidays. All shipments are subject to stock availability. The time it will take for you to receive your order depends on the product availability, the shipping method and the distance between your confirmed address and our warehouses on the East and West Coast. If the product is available you would usually receive the shipment within two to seven business days.
For International Customers: International orders will be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service Air Mail, Priority or Express Mail unless you request otherwise. The S&H fee will differ from the standard (please send shipping inquiries to: allen@Mice-Rides.com. Tracking information may not be available. International S&H fees will be quoted and e-mailed to our customers separately after we receive the order.
All items purchased from MiceRides are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss, damage and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. You can purchase optional insurance through MiceRides via explicit written request with full payment before the shipment.
Warranty Policy
Mice Rides has a limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship for products we sell. This limited warranty on Wired and Wireless Optical Mice extends for 1 year from the date of invoice - unless stated otherwise on our product description. During the warranty period, Roadmice/Four Door Media (Mother Company) will repair or replace, at its sole discretion, any product that proves to be defective. This limited warranty does not apply to any products that are improperly handled, abused, neglected, repaired or installed by unauthorized technician. Any repair or installation not authorized by Four Door Media in writing shall act as an implied waiver of this limited warranty and relieve Mice Rides of any further obligation to the customer. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN, MICE RIDES EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO PRODUCTS SOLD ON THIS SITE OR BY MICE RIDES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. YOU AGREE THAT THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE MAXIMUM LIABILITY TO MICE RIDES ARISING FROM ANY PRODUCT SOLD BY THE MICE RIDES SHALL BE THE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT ORDERED. IN NO EVENT SHALL MICE RIDES, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND REPRESENTATIVES BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RELATED TO PRODUCT SOLD INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY LIABILITY FOR LOSSES IN PROFITS, LOSSES IN REVENUE, LOSSES IN SAVINGS, LOSSES OF DATA, DOWNTIME, COSTS OF CAPITAL, COST OF REPLACEMENT EQUIPMENT (TEMPORARY OR PERMANENT), COSTS OF TIME, THIRD PARTIES' CLAIMS OR INJURY TO PERSON OR PROPERTY.
Return Merchandise Policy
To return any merchandise (regardless of the reason for the return), you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Form, this form is located on the bottom of the page. Please fill in the form and, simply email to Service@roadmice.com . with the following information:
1. Invoice/order confirmation #
2. Customer #
3. Quantity
4. Product VIN # and model #
5. Problem description
Four Door Media will email you the approved RMA # after reviewing your request. Please send back the RMA Product(s) along with the RMA# on the package with a copy of the relevant invoices. All returns are subject to prior approval. Please Note: Products received without a RMA number may cause a delay in processing the RMA. Four Door Media reserves the right to refuse or return any products they receive that do not have a RMA number.
Include the Order # or location of purchase and a phone number along with the color, make, and model of your return.
